At Access Points you can access Medicare, Centrelink and Child Support services by phone or fax.

At an Access Point you can:

have your identity confirmation documents copied and certified for departmental purposes

use the telephone to access the department’s self-service options, claim Medicare rebates, speak to the department or call prospective employers

at some Access Points there is an internet enabled computer where you can search for a job or access a range of Government programs and services.
Please note that the Access Point is a self-help facility with no assistance from staff except for copying and certifying identity confirmation documents. There is no departmental staff present on site.
